Minimum 2-4 years Contact Center experience in providing Level 1 Technical support .
A+ Certification (Troubleshooting Systems Hardware / Software / LAN
Should be Flexible / Open to shifts on monthly rotation basis.
ITIL knowledge is an added advantage.
