DTS is looking for Service Desk Analyst in Pontiac, MI for client Position.

Service Desk Analyst
IT User Support for the Assessing, Tax and Health team.
Answer all manner of inquiry regarding the functioning of various hardware and software systems.
Assists customers in the resolution of difficulties encountered in the operation of their particular system.
Communicates with vendors to resolve hardware and software difficulties.
Provides for the instruction of operating departments in the preparation of input data and the interpretation and use of subsequent output generated.
Prepares or assists in preparing and maintaining user manuals, training guides, detailed procedures, helpful hint guides, etc.
Testing applications after server, network or application updates
General knowledge of Property Taxes and Assessment values OR Public Health highly desired, but not required.
Environment: CA Service Desk, Microsoft Desktop OS, Microsoft Office 365
