Role - Service Desk Analyst

Duration – Long-term

Responsibilities & Qualification :

1.Prior experience in Deskside Support or Service Desk

2.Good knowledge on Operating systems Windows 7 and 8.

3.Sound knowledge on OS deployment using MDT ,SCCM or any other tools

4.Basic knowledge on networking and servers.

5.Basic Knowledge on Active Directory.

6.Experience in Blackberry -Added Advantage

7.Good communication & interpersonal skills
