Title: Service Delivery Manager

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: Long term

Responsibilities:

Drive a challenging, high visibility project leading several engineering teams across the TiVo Service organization.
Drive and resolve day to day technical issues that are important to our customers. Regularly communicate status to internal and external stakeholders including senior executives.
Work collaboratively with Program Management, Product Marketing, Operations, Quality Engineering and Client engineering teams within TiVo to successfully define and deliver new service features.

Scope and prioritize feature deliverables and bug fixes.
Represent the Service Engineering team and its technology in technical and project meetings.
Drive the integration of new web services technologies including enhancements to Video on Demand and Integrated Search engines.
Lead a small team of delivery managers supporting similar programs.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of software development experience on projects spanning the full lifecycle of development, preferably in Java and developing web services for a variety of consumer applications.
Demonstrable experience with both Agile and waterfall engineering processes.

Experience delivering, integrating and deploying web services and working with partners and customers to deliver innovative solutions.
Minimum of 6 years of people management experience with web services software development teams.
Flawless scheduling and project management skills.

Experience with operational aspects of On-Premise and Public Cloud deployments
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Collaborative with cross-functional peers.
BS CS/CE/EE or equivalent.
