Job Description :
· MS or BS degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience ·
5+ years of work experience in technology, people management, technology consulting, and multiple operating systems network engineering/administration experience ·
Management/leadership past experience, managing dispersed and/or Remote teams ·
Proven success at building and working as part of a team ·
Proven dedication to enabling quality through continuous improvement ·
More than 10 years of experience in production support along with software development or software integration projects ·
A minimum of 5 years of experience working with customers directly.
- Strong analytical, trouble shooting and problem solving skills; ability to provide hands-on technical support and analysis · Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
· Passionate about learning new technologies
