OIT Service Delivery MNS Project Manager

Strong background and experience in Program Management, Project Management and Vendor Management.
Strong background and experience in Organizational Management, Process Engineering and Operations.
Assist with the Hosted Voice Service (HVS) implementations for Hospital campuses, working closely with the agency Network Engineer.
Reconcile the voice services inventory to the bill. Disconnecting RUs for all sites that are not in use. Also reconcile the bill to the new HVS database.
Develop HVS transformation strategy which would include meeting with and educating site contacts, performing site inventory, creating physical and logical designs, ordering and staging equipment, installing solutions and coordinating the disposal of removed assets and provide end user support.
Develop and document new HVS processes.
Provide issue resolution, develop Process Engineering and conduct Business Analysis for MNS IT Enterprise wide.
Collect, consolidate and manage MNS issues so that they may be discussed and brought to resolution with vendors.
Create centralized reporting on Service Catalog requests and Incidents.
MNS Quality Assurance development and planning.
Establish and manage the adherence to the MNS processes.
Assist with leading and developing the delivery and roll-out of a highly successful, customized HVS system (VOIP)
Other special projects and duties as assigned.
