Title: Senior transition manager

Duration: 8-9 months
Description:
Set the vision & strategy for Transition Management deployment globally: Drive TM principles and methodology across the entire company globally Support Change and Transition by ensuring appropriate TM training throughout the organization Develop the TM communication strategy and plan to generate momentum, raise awareness and influence behaviors across the organization Stay abreast of external best practices through active participation in Global TM network, forums, etc Act as an Sr internal consultant on transition management strategy/deliverables for regional or global strategic change initiatives
Skills:
10 years of specific experience working with Change & Transition Management theory and methodologies in global project delivery incl 5 years in a managerial leadership role.
Education:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 8 or 9 years directly relevant work experience
