Job Description
The role is accountable for 26,000 service calls per year with a goal of 80% SLA of less than 2 days. The position also supports the day to day operational requirements for the AxelaCare infrastructure organization overview.

Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues in a Windows environment (office equipment) and in an iOS environment (iPads and iPhones)
Installing hardware and software systems
Maintaining or repairing equipment
Setting up computer security measures
Configuring computer networks
Offering technical support on-site, via phone or email, or via remote connection
Learning and offering technical support for a variety of specialized software
Equipment management, including restocking and maintaining inventory counts
Timely status updates of open work orders

Technical Skills and Experience:
Technical and exceptional customer service skills are a must
A positive personal and professional attitude is required
Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide technical solutions for the issues
Excellent documentation and communication skills are required
Previous help desk or call center experience
2 years IT support experience
A+, MCSE, MCSA, HDI Certifications are desired
