Are you a Senior Technical Project Manager with experience in Retail
Our client is actively seeking a technical project manager to manage the design, proof of concept, development, implementation, test and roll-out of custom IT solutions for our retail clients integrating retail store hardware, custom software and cloud solutions with retailer’s the current IT and the retail customer’s mobile devices.
You will need to demonstrate expertise in translating IT requirements into solutions driven by detailed project plans via the use of Project Management disciplines. Given the customer-facing nature of this role, up to 50% travel is expected.
Required Skills/Experiences:
5+ years as a technical project manager
o IT solutions across multiple tiers
o Custom Software engagements
o Complex engagements
3+ years of experience in retail industry
o Retail Industry knowledge
o Store operations knowledge
o Customer experience projects
Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements
Experience building and managing to project plans
Highly proficient communicator, with experience using Word, PowerPoint, Project
Customer facing experience
Strong interpersonal skills
BA/BS in computer programming or related field
PMP Certified
