(From Section 1 Above) Minimum Qualifications
Architect, Systems (Senior)
A minimum of seven (7) years of solid hands-on Unix/Linux experience that includes specific technical experience with Red Hat systems for large scale Enterprise UNIX environments.
A minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in building both physical and virtual servers in multiple data centers and in the cloud, troubleshooting and tuning for performance along with exercising best practices for Unix/Linux environments.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience designing and performing security hardening Linux based environments with FIPS 140-2 mode and optimizations on Red Hat Linux environments.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience integrating Red Hat Linux servers within Active Directory Domains.
A minimum of three (3) of experience in Shell scripting and automating tasks on Red Hat Linux.
A minimum of two (2) years of hands on experience working on Amazon Web Services including EC2, VPC, S3, IAM for building and managing virtual servers.
Preferred Qualifications -
The additional Experience/Knowledge/Skills listed below are preferred by the MHBE.
Architect, Systems (Senior) A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in installing, managing and upgrading Red Hat Linux or similar Unix server environments in large enterprise systems including security hardening using industry standards.
A minimum of six (6) years of experience in designing and implementing Unix/Linux server environments for large enterprises including Servers, Domains, LDAP, DNS, Security.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in various services and products available via Amazon Web Services including EC2, S3, IAM, ECS, Migration Hub.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in migrating traditional data center applications to cloud environments including migration of servers, databases etc.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience working with the PMO processes, policies and procedures.
