Senior Software Engineer

We are partnering with a well-known client on their search for a Senior Software Engineer to join their organization.
We are looking for candidates who are creative, driven to succeed, able to thrive within a small agile team environment, and comfortable working in conjunction with other teams to deploy well engineered software on a regular cadence. This is a long-term contract opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Work with project leads, Scrum team, and others to design and develop software applications, data structures, and processes that meet specified requirements
Follow and improve established processes for software development life cycle with an agile approach to software delivery
Provide technical leadership on development projects for Digital Services
Bring critical thinking and new ideas to the team in order to contribute to the continued evolution and improvement of our systems
Requirements:
4+ years of Software Development experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated ability to build high performance multi-platform applications and robust APIs in an agile environment
Experience working in teams with a DevOps culture and not afraid to jump into the tech stack where needed
Automated testing including unit, integration, API, contract, and end-to-end testing
Ability to review architecture, design, and code to ensure adherence to vision, standards, and quality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
AngularJS experience is preferred
