Job Description :
In depth knowledge of Oracle Service Cloud administration to integrate, configure and manage workflows, workspaces, business rules, scripting, email and engagement engine. Simplify, automate and enhance the process speed of manual administration tasks and activities by developing integrated workflows. Utilize various monitoring tools to identify bottlenecks of the infrastructure and plan to solutions for the same. Administration and management of RNT Console – monitor, analyze, identify and troubleshoot issues, upgrade integrations to latest supported RNT framework. Responsible for integrating and administering Oracle Service Cloud with other systems (MDS/R12 ERP/Site Core) using web services (REST/SOAP/WSDL/XML), HTTP Request methods and Oracle RightNow Connect Services. Build Addins in .NET Framework for agent desktop to meet the growing needs of business workflow. Customize Customer Portal pages to build a support portal for Global Ecommerce supporting Post Sales customer support & service for all regions globally. Designing custom reports in Oracle Service Cloud for respective teams to provide necessary data and information to monitor business performance.
Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study to perform the above-described specialty occupation job duties.
