Senior ServiceNow Engineer

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
o Bachelor''s degree (BA/BS) in a related field such as information systems, mathematics, or computer science or equivalent work experience. Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes. Typically has 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Consideration given to equivalent combination of education and experience.
o Bachelor''s Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience.
o Typically has 3-5 years of relevant experience.
o Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development, configuration, integration, and administration experience in large, complex environments.
Strong working knowledge of the following ServiceNow components:
IT Service Management
Security Operations
IT Operations Management
IT Business Management
Minimum 3+ years of development/scripting experience with HTML, JavaScript, Angular, Jelly, PowerShell, PERL.
o Proven and verifiable history of analyzing business situations and working within a group environment to provide efficient and effective solutions.
o Proven history of providing technical support during all phases of project delivery. Including, but not limited to: development of project estimates, documentation of requirements, solution design review, documentation creation and review, and peer code reviews
o Knowledge of service oriented architecture design and development and web service integration (REST, SOAP)
o Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow authentication against LDAP and ADFS.
o Experience in developing and implementing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
o Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
o Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work well with business partners
o Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
