Detail Job Description:
Looking for a Senior ServiceNow developer with good communication, self-starters, documentation
knowledge and ServiceNow coding skills and have an ability to adopt to customer coding practices.
Very good understanding and experience in ServiceNow Service Catalog, Record Producer, Incident
management, Change, CMDB and reporting modules
Experience in building integrations of ServiceNow with other tools like HPSM, HP Omi, HP OO,
Remedy using APIs
ServiceNow Scripting (Business Rule, UI Script, Script Action, AJAX) knowledge
Good understanding of ServiceNow reporting. Should able to generate custom reports using views.
Able to write test cases and perform testing
Provide training on SNOW if required
Should be able to create queries and custom views in ServiceNow
Good communication and presentation skills
Data analysis and requirement gathering ability
Design and develop ServiceNow workflow as per customer need
