Role
Senior Scrum master
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
1. Strong project management and multi vendor strategic project management experience - specifically scrum
2. Good communication skills and experience working with Management , executives and 3rd Party Vendor
4. At least 10 Years of overall experience and 5+ years of experience performing Project & program leadership roles.
5. At least 2 years of experience managing complex IT programs in Scrum model
6. Manage Programs across multiple geographic locations
7. Experience managing or leading projects with many and a variety of stakeholders and multiple project
dependencies.
8. Knowledge of, and experience with, project development and support-related Agile and Waterfall methodologies
and/or activities;
9. Demonstrated experience and ability to write thorough, credible, well-documented reports; and work within tight
deadlines;
10. Hands on experience and proficient in project management tools: MS Project, MS Office Suite and SharePoint,
Daptiv
11. PMP Certified, Scrum Certified
Experience in Agile Methodology . Certified Scrum Master (CSM) along with PMP
Roles and responsibility
* Manage and Own Master Project Schedule /WBS at a detailed level, by consolidating projevt plan from ultiple vendors.
* Ensuring effective resource utilization.
* Define Project RACI working with Business, IT and Vendor Stakeholders.
* Manage risks and mitigations for the program, working with 3rd parties.
* Monitor and handle escalations
* Driven strategic and tactical meetings, Steering committee meetings , meetings for Technical reviews, User
Workshopd, User reviews etc.
* Control Schedule, Costs and Quality of product/service
* Consolidate and publish weekly status reports and weekly/monthly dashboards and other reporting as needed for the program
* Track & report Program metrics by consolidating data from multiple stakeholders.
* Be responsible for Projevct from Start up to the point project is transitioned to AMS.
* Be responsinble for creating and presenting artifacts for Toll gates
* Preparing for PMO Process reviews and audits.
* Change Management for the Program.
* Experience in Project Budgeting and Costing
* BUrn chart, Scrum methodologies
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills
* Large program management experience.
* Will be working with stakeholders at all levels of the corporate structure, strong organizational, presentation and
customer service skills are necessary .
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical and time management skills.
* Foster collaborative work environments and demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
* ITIL Certification
* Experience in Agile Methodology . Certified Scrum Master (CSM) along with PMP
