Job Description :
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Working Experience with multiple Agile methodologies in addition to Scrum (KANBAN, Extreme Programming, etc
Demonstrated experience leading people
Understand software development processes and procedures, including test driven development, incremental development approaches and technical change management
Experience working with large ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JDE)
Detail oriented with an ability to support multiple initiatives
Maintain high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines
Demonstrate ability to communicate both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent experience
Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification
