Job Description :
The Scrum Master plays an important role as a member of the Agile Coaching Team by leading and supporting development teams in their adoption of AGILE principles and the process framework. The ideal candidate will have Scrum Alliance Certification (or equivalent) as a Scrum Master with at least three years of experience as an AGILE practitioner in an AGILE organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent work experience,
A minimum of 3 yearsâ experience as an AGILE practitioner, working as a SCRUM (or other Agile Framework) team member; at least two years as a Scrum Master;
Strong moderation, facilitation, coaching, presentation, communication and conflict management skills are required;
Excellent working knowledge of SCRUM, KANBAN, Lean and other AGILE process frameworks;
Know ledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Certified Scrum Master;
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills;
Strong goal setting and task prioritization and execution abilities; and
Demonstrated ability for decision making, supporting diverse groups, and managing highly visible large-scale programs/projects.
