Job Description:

The Senior Developer role will be a lead technical resource on the
Salesforce.com (SFDC) product team for our banking/financial services
client. He/she will be responsible to evaluate and design key technical
components of the Salesforce Platform. Collaborates and coaches technical
resources to deliver new capabilities. The Senior Developer reduces the
overall project technical risk by uncovering issues throughout lifecycle
management, shares implementation best practices, and recommends solution
alternatives. Additionally, the Sr. Developer will work with cross
functional support tiers, IT domains, vendors and business contacts to
address platform needs and maintains the overall health of the system.

Job Responsibilities:

Mandatory hands on code and admin development experience including
permissions, configurations, triggers, process builders, workflows, APIs,
visual force, apex coding, custom objects, batch processes and, master
database design structure. Responsible for documenting development work
efforts, conducting unit testing and defining and publishing deployment
guide steps based on SDLC practices. Building and elevating Change Sets from
DEV, QA, and Test sandboxes and working non-business hours, as needed, to
publish to Production. Critical focus to respond and troubleshoot incidents
including: run and validate debug logs, escalate with vendors or other IT
teams, and write root cause analysis. Identifies new opportunities for
improvement, defines solution capabilities, and builds prototypes, PoCs and
user demos. Sr. Developer will be familiar and comfortable using Agile
methodologies including use case definitions, storyboards, user stories,
story points, and iterative cycles. Last, the Sr. Developer will provide
inputs into roadmap planning, financial system investments and overall
operations performance.

Certification, Experience and Education Requirements:
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (previously DEV 501)
mandatory
Other Salesforce certifications desired such as Technical
Architect, Marketing, Admin, etc.

10+ years in Enterprise IT
5+ years in FinTech Industry desired
5+ years Salesforce developer/admin mandatory
Experience in Salesforce Lightning strongly desired
3+ years RESTful and SOAP web service WSDLs
2+ years working with offshore resources
2+ years Agile
Experience with Javascipt and other model frameworks
Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,
Management Information Systems, or a related field highly desired
Graduate Degree preferred

Key Info:

* If hired, the individual can work from home office after the
initial 90 day period on payroll, but must be in the Columbus, GA office on
Tues and Wed. each week (expenses for hotel - if required, and food is the
employee''s responsibility - if he or she prefers to work from home the three
other days

* The TA role can be a strong BA as the jobs are interrelated.
* Must be able to communicate well, both written English and spoken
English

* A self-starter who loves SFDC platform and has worked for a few
years with SFDC enough to know its modules, its power, etc.
* You can look for more junior candidates who have graduated from
college in the past few years. About 4 to 10 years working experience only
but must have about four years of CRM experience, not necessarily SFDC, but
we''ll be able to place someone with SFDC experience faster.
