Job Description :-

8+ years of experience for Tech Lead / 6+ years for Module lead / 5+ years of experience for SSE

Excellent knowledge of product Operations/Support activities
Excellent knowledge of Sales cloud, Service Cloud.
Excellent knowledge & work experience in SFDC configuration, customization, programming with APEX Class / Triggers / APIs, Visual Force, SOQL, SOSL and implementing new instances of Salesforce application from scratch.
Experience in Development, Administration, and Implementation Technology Solutions that includes and
Strong knowledge of salesforce communities and debugging skills.
Experience in SFDC User Management, Roles, Profiles, Security and Sharing Rules, Creating Reports and Dashboards.
Experience in Visual Force, Apex, SOQL, Process Builder, workflows, validation rules.
Should have experience in data migration to a production instance using data loader.
Good understanding of overall SFDC architecture & landscape
Nice to have at least 1 projects end to end implementation experience.
Good experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems (ERPs, Legacy Systems etc
Understand Best Practices and SFDC Coding Standards
Hands on work experience with Salesforce web services, WSDL and experience in other integration aspects is desirable.
Good work experience in Reports and Dashboards.
Thorough understanding of object oriented concepts
Understanding of Javascript, Javascript framework such as Jquery, AngularJS, ExtJS, etc.
Salesforce Platform Developer Certification (PD-I), PD-II (Added Advantage)
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Production Support Services.
Must have exposure of participating in technical discussions within the project team and status meetings with the customers
Should be able to conduct meetings with Business and Technical team to keep everyone aligned with platform changes.

Behavioural / Soft Skills:
Good communication skills. Must be able to manage interactions with various stake holders across multiple countries.
Must have experience in independently communicating with client and requirement gathering.
Should be able to work in distributed work environments.
