Job Description:
Please look for senior (10+ years) profiles with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing cloud which are mandatory. Required experience in tools on Marketing Cloud area as follows: Email Studio Social Studio Journey Builder Automation Studio P.S. Most of the resources think that marketing cloud is just Campaigns and Leads management. But this is a separate skill set with above tools. Please ask resource if they have the experience on these tools in Marketing Cloud. Overall 10+ years and Minimum 7+ years (7 to 10 Years) of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation/Support experience, certification preferred. Demonstrated track record of major solution architecture contributions in a large enterprise. Lead the implementation with responsibility for the delivery of the architecture designs and solution strategy Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud (application design, architecture and development using Salesforce.com), certification preferred. Use deep business knowledge of Salesforce products to drive solution architecture and analysis engagement for major initiatives Applied knowledge of SFDC and CRM processes including Sales, Services and Marketing functions. Very strong leadership and influence skills - demonstrated ability to influence program partners to meet project and program objectives. Excellent verbal and written communication to technical audiences, non-technical audiences, and senior management. Strong Relationship management skills. Experience working with Global Team ( Business & Technical teams) Experience in Salesforce with end-to-end implementation in the following areas: SFDC Technical Solution Architect experience on implementation/
