Position: Sr. Salesforce Developer
Location: Palo Alto, CA

RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of the SFDC Technical Lead is to plan, influence, lead, architect, develop, and test application software, with a focus on Salesforce platform.
The Lead will be the platform SME, and be responsible for overseeing the design and quality of work being done by other programmers working on the project. The Tech Lead needs to operate independently and ensure all developed applications and interfaces, within the SFDC Org, are maintainable, efficient, reliable, understandable, secure, and fault tolerant. This role is responsible for end to end mgmt. of all application in salesforce org, and will be the key partner role on the program, with a Can Do attitude.
Demonstrated experience in the design, configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce.com functionality
Demonstrated experience of Salesforce.com administration and end user security requirements
Experience with large scale system implementation, integration, interfaces and data conversion
MUST HAVES:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or IT related field
8- 10+ years of application design and hands on development experience.
5+ years of SalesForce development experiences. Able to lead development design and conduct code review.
5+ years of experience with salesforce.com, administering and implementing a large salesforce.com
Good experience in Salesforce Development and customization. Instance knowledge in standard functions/ Modules of salesforce com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing cloud, community cloud, custom cloud & Analytics cloud.
Sound knowledge/Hands on in Apex coding, Batch apex, Triggers. * 6 yrs
Experience in Salesforce integration with good exposure to soap and rest based integrations. * 6 yrs
Experience in writing VisualForce pages, VF components, templates and JavaScript. * 6 yrs
Sound awareness about salesforce standards and best practices
Knowledge of financial services 5 yrs
Familiar with either Waterfall or Agile/Scrum development approach. * 5 yrs
Familiar with common pattern design, and software test methodology.
Proficient in SQL skills. * 6 yrs
SFDC developer certifications – very strong asset & important
