Alcor Solutions Inc. is a Gold ServiceNow partner, headquartered in San Francisco Bay Area. As one of the largest West Coast based partners of ServiceNow, we support a number of clients across multiple industry verticals. We are seeking an Account Manager based in Seattle, WA to sell our ServiceNow solutions.
Desired Skills & Experience

The preferred candidate must have demonstrated the following attributes:

Proven, repeatable ability to build new customer portfolios from scratch selling services in either ServiceNow or other software solutions. Any background with ITIL, Customer Service or IT Security solutions will be preferred

Had prior experience with consultative approach to selling IT solutions and pitching their business value

Expands sales in existing and new accounts by introducing additional products and services.

Respond to customer inquiries that result from outbound prospecting calls to retain and grow existing revenues while securing new accounts.

Qualifications:

- BA/BS degree or related field and/or equivalent education and experience.

- 5+ years of national account sales experience from information services or other technology-based company

- Strong presentation, verbal communication, and negotiation skills
