Amick Brown is looking for a Senior SAP SCM Functional Consultant for a Project in the public sector
Location: On-site, Columbus, Ohio
Duration: Long term
Job Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility to deliver a modern, interactive and integrated supply chain analytics solution
Collaborate with the DLA to gather, analyze, refine and finalize requirements
Requirements management, design, configuration, development, test support and deployment support using Agile methodology
Research, identification, and analysis of Information Systems to identify additional data feed requirements and selecting the option that optimizes data retrieval
Research, development, and refinement of application standards for both User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) elements
Facilitation of Joint Application Development sessions with Requirements Owners to ensure UI/UX designs meet requirements and expectations and drive business value
Research, identification, and analysis of Information Systems to identify additional
data feed requirements and selecting the option that optimizes data retrieval Create all documentation as required by the SDLC
Provide functional expertise necessary to implement business requirements
Advise programmers and consultants with analysis, evaluation, and implementation of tasks
Evaluate business processes and suggest alternative solutions
Enforce SAP and industry best practices
Required Skills:
At least 8 years in SAP SCM experience with DoD Agency
Expertise with SCM business processes and integration points.
Experience with large complex full cycle SAP implementations
Experience working with SAP front end technologies like Fiori, UI5 and Analytics tools
Experience working with SAP HANA
Experience in the public sector preferably the defense sector.
Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
Must possess IA level IAT II
Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
Experience with SDLC processes like ASAP and Agile
Proven analytical and problem-solving ability and strong sense of ownership
Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with leadership
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
Overall technical knowledge with ability to review and provide feedback on support documents
Should be able to communicate findings, proposals, designs, and analyses as required
Should be familiar with work intake and change control processes
Good to have:
Familiarity with the DLA Enterprise Architecture framework and standards
Experience with the DLA EBS domain
