Position: SAP OTC functional consultant
Duration of assignment: 6 months Plus
Start Date: ASAP
SAP OTC functional Consultant will be part of SAP IT team to provide SAP based Quote to Cash, Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) solutions. These solutions involve configuration, reporting/interface analysis, design and development in areas related to sales orders, contracts and quotations. A person in this role will need to understand SAP SD solutions in an IS Media industry to ensure that solutions can be provided to meet the business need with the necessary stability, usability, and scalability.
Responsibilities:
· Work with business to understand requirements and translate to functional/technical specs.
· Work with developers in in getting work done and reviewing, testing development.
· Work with partner systems interfacing with SAP to understand movement of data, sourcing of data and writing BI report specifications.
· Performs business analysis on and recommends quality complex solutions for business processes.
· Works on moderately complex tasks for the deployment of new solutions and enhancements/fixes to existing solutions. This includes, but is not limited to: trouble-shooting, problem-solving, issue resolution, user interaction, training, defining systems scope, gathering requirements, documenting design & functional specifications, research and fact-finding, configuration, testing, reporting, cutover, IS and business user coordination.
· Review, clarify, document, and prioritize customer requirements.
· Design, build, test and deploy new functionality on reporting/interfaces/enhancements to meet business requirements.
· Create and maintain documentation such as user requirements, functional specifications and test plans.
· Facilitating and supporting system and user acceptance testing.
· Liaison with other SAP team members and partner system IT teams for end to end solutions.
· Engage in activities to support upgrades to systems including impact assessment, testing and support during cutover and deployment
· Keeping management apprised of developments through clear and timely communication

Qualifications:
· Bachelor''s degree (or higher) or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
· Minimum of 7 years of business or technical experience utilizing SAP SD module required.
· Experience with implementing the following SAP Sales & Distribution functions required:
o Contracts
o Sales Order Processing
o Pricing
o Billing
o Output Determination
o Experience designing custom solutions within the ECC landscape as well as solutions involving complex integration with external systems and/or business partners required.
