Senior Re-engineering Analyst II


Job Description:

The Senior Re-engineering Analyst II participates, coordinates and/or leads in the redesign of systems and processes in conjunction with the implementation of new systems and other organizational performance improvement initiatives throughout the organization. Part of a multi-disciplinary team with responsibility for re-engineering processes in patient care, research, and financial and administrative environments. Trains re-engineering staff on the proper use of process analysis tools. Requires strong facilitation and communication skills as well as an established track record of successful change management. Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.; weekends as required.

Job Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, management information systems or healthcare, or related field required.


Seven (7) years of experience required, including three (3) years of progressive experience in business process redesign, information technology, and/or change management.

Four (4) years of information systems application, data analysis, and redesign.
