Job Description:

The Senior Re-engineering Analyst II participates, coordinates and/or leads in the redesign of systems and processes in conjunction with the implementation of new systems and other organizational performance improvement initiatives throughout the organization. Part of a multi-disciplinary team with responsibility for re-engineering processes in patient care, research, and financial and administrative environments. Trains re-engineering staff on the proper use of process analysis tools. Requires strong facilitation and communication skills as well as an established track record of successful change management. WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.; weekends as required.

Job Qualifications:

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, management information systems or healthcare, or related field required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Seven (7) years of experience required, including three (3) years of progressive experience in business process redesign, information technology, and/or change management.

Four (4) years of information systems application, data analysis, and redesign.
