Senior Re-engineering Analyst II

Responsibilities:The Senior Re-engineering Analyst II participates, coordinates and/or leads in the redesign of systems and processes in conjunction with the implementation of new systems and other organizational performance improvement initiatives. Part of a multi-disciplinary team with responsibility for re-engineering processes in patient care, research, and financial and administrative. Requires strong facilitation and communication skills as well as an established track record of successful change management.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in, management engineering, healthcare (e.g. nursing), industrial engineering, management information systems or related field required.

Minimum Experience:Seven (7) years of experience required, including three (3) years of progressive experience in healthcare process improvement/redesign, information technology, business process redesign, and/or change management.Four (4) years of experience in a healthcare systems (EMR), data analysis, and redesign.
