Senior Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: GA-Alpharetta
Primary Skill : Automation testing, Trobleshooting, Test scripting using JIRA and/or Cyara
Exp :
Description : Testing automation Engineer with ability to drive the DevOps concepts in QA management process while continuously implementing and enhancing STLC best practices
Responsible for analyzing problems, developing solutions and making decisions that impact projects
Completes assigned tasks on time (e.g., analysis/design, scripting, testing, maintenance, documentation, etc.
Proficient in writing SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures, Deep understanding of Relational database ( Oracle
Hands on experience using JIRA and Cyara
Experience with Selenium is a huge plus
Deep understanding of virtualization ( LISA, VM Ware, etc ) is a huge plus
Experience with IVR & CTI applications is a plus
Designs software QA methods and procedures for use by QA and development staff to ensure all information systems meet minimum company standards and end user requirements
Develop QA test scripts
Work closely with the other members of the Development Team and Business Analysis teams to review the designs of systems, implement test plans, and test the quality of software products.
Assemble and build software projects and installation packages.
Work closely with the Development team to insure the effectiveness and quality of the components and systems developed
Work closely with the Documentation team to insure the content is meaningful and correct
Communicate with customers regarding installation issues and software defects
Experience of UNIX servers - full awareness of OS and variety of commands, ability to write UNIX shell scripts
Troubleshoot build and release job failures, resolve or work with engineers on resolution
Developing and executing quality assurance test scripts, tests plans and checklists
Application of software development life cycle concepts
Experience in Oracle, SQL, Pl/SQL, UNIX, JAVA testing and any automation tool
