· Senior QA Testing lead with Automation experience. Must be able to develop and write automation TFS Scrpting.QA Automation is essential with fimiliarity with all reporting tools.
· Quality Assurance(QA) Lead Required Skills Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related degree or equivalent work experience 8+ years'' experience with both manual and automated testing, including Agile methodologies and supporting techniques (e.g. Test Driven Development and continuous integration processes), system implementations, and traditional specification driven approaches.
· 2+ years'' experience leading QA Teams with recent experience.
· Must be a US Citizen and must be able to clear federal security clearance Must have prior experience with Automated testing.
· Must have experience working with Mainframe, java or .net applications Experience with Microsoft TFS and other Microsoft Reporting tools a must.

Healthcare experience very important Responsibilities Lead the QA team comprising of Automation Test engineers following an agile/waterfall development methodology.
· Coordinate with project management and development Automation scripting to ensure high quality of software deliverables.
· Contribute in the design and evolution of the product.
· Continually contribute in improving the engineering processes, code quality, documentation, and tools.
· Develop deep understanding of the products.
· Review requirements, design, code and documentation of product application components and the ability to discuss with the team as needed.
· Responsible for production of test plans, reports and quality metrics.
· Design and review test cases, develop and use test frameworks and write automated scripts.
· Perform Exploratory, Performance and Regression testing.
· Logging issues, defect tracking and triaging with product managers and development leads.
· Perform impact analysis to identify areas of risk within the product and the ability to write reports and state risks.
· Build and maintain test environments.
· Replicate and investigate customer reported issues in order to assist technical support team and solution engineers. Responsible for growth and mentoring of team members. Reporting test results, test metrics and status reports on regular basis to QA Lead / Project Manager.
· Should have very good knowledge and experience in Software Testing & Quality Assurance. Hold and facilitate test plan / case reviews with cross-functional teams Must be US Citizen Must have Healthcare Consulting experience in claims and data management testing Must be willing to go on W2 Must pass 1st Level Security Clearance.
