In addition to having a strong banking and project delivery background, the following are critical skills that are required for this position:
Business Banking experience
Project Management experience - 6+ years
- Unrelenting Persistence
o Understanding what is needed to deliver and hit timelines and refuse to take no for an answer

o Always thinking what more can be done today to ensure success tomorrow
o Comfortable chasing and escalating if you don’t get what you need

o Fully own the project end to end regardless of who is actually doing the work
o Finding solutions to meet project dates versus moving dates
o Resolving issues and challenges, not just identifying them
- Delivery Focused
o Deliver on projects with the highest quality in a predictable manner
o Proficient in MS Project with prior experience building and maintaining SDLC plans
o Anticipate upcoming tasks / gates and proactively manage to meet deadlines in order to deliver the project on time and within budget
