Description :
Manages all aspects of multiple projects, from start to finish, so that they are completed on time and within budget. Typically managing cross-functional projects with a medium to high level of complexity or functional sub-projects with high complexity (functional overall responsibility Teams are medium to highly complex in composition, can be located in different locations and consist of a mix of competences. Typically dealing with senior managers in different fields, including project sponsor and steering committee members.
General Profile: Provides business and people leadership to managers, supervisors and/or professional staff within a specialized or multi discipline team(s Develops business short and mid-term plans for financial and operational objectives under own responsibility. Optimizes resources to ensure that objectives are met. Has full people management responsibility.
Professional knowledge: Demonstrates technical/functional expertise in own discipline and knowledge of other disciplines.
Typical Experience: University degree, 5-7 years of relevant experience. PMP, Project Management Professional credential, PMI or equivalent certification level (e.g., CPM level C/B, Certified Project Manager, IPMA
IT background a must. 4 degree required; PMP a plus Need to understand how to manage software and deliverables with each phase. Business Process Mapping and Visio required. Not looking for job hoppers and Manufacturing experience needed.
