Senior Project Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 10-11 months with possible contract to hire
Business Initiative/Purpose
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects within the Consumer Operations portfolio. The portfolio currently has 2 critical Programs under execution - "Deposit Risk Engine" and "Enterprise Teller". The Project Manager will be expected to manage projects/workstreams within these Programs to monitor progress, manage risks & issues, monitor financials, generate status reports and provide updates to stakeholders. The Senior project manager will be responsible for collaboration across different stakeholders from technology, line of business/operations and others.

Responsibilities:
The ""Senior Project Manager" will manage multiple projects/workstreams within the Consumer Operations portfolio and will have the following responsibilities
- Manage the projects/workstreams across the different lifecycle stages of project
- Work with line of business & technology partners (including multiple other project managers) in tracking the project activities and bringing to leadership''s attention as needed
- Manage the overall project, deliverables, schedule, stakeholders, risks & issues
- Provide status update in different forums
- Prepare material required for certain leadership meetings and provide update on the project
- Manage all deliverables required as a part of the governance process
- Perform Risk & Issue management and highlight risks/issues that need management attention
- Responsible for project communication & stakeholder management
- Manage project partner spend (corporate real estate, training, consulting)
- Manage financials (cost/ benefits/ funding), business cases (scope) etc as the project moves through the lifecycle
- Lead meetings in the project and help team arrive at decisions and escalate to management as needed
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required
