Main Responsibilities:
The Project Manager – Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Serve as the Senior Project Manager on projects following the PMI guidelines to project management.
Track resource time spent on project time projects for invoicing and project cost accounting.
Prepare and maintain project plans and budgets.
Serve as client interface on projects.
Prepare requirements documents including business workflow diagrams, use cases and other typical requirements documentation.
Work with technical leads to create technical design documentation.
Assist in the scoping of project delivery timing, tasks and resources for Sofbang SOWs and RFPs.
Manage the change management process for Sofbang projects.
Manage multiple projects at the same time.

Skillset
At least 8 years of technical project management using PMI principals of project management.
Experience in performing business analysis and being able to relate business needs into technical solutions.
Capable of working with off-shore resources.
Strong project management skills with experience in driving multiple stakeholders to complete assigned tasks.
Solid attention to detail and highly organized with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset that is solution focused with a can do attitude.
Self-motivated, results driven with a high level of initiative and sense of urgency.
Understanding of technology and the software development life cycle to be ability to lead development efforts.
Familiarity Oracle technology especially Oracle Fusion Middleware.
At least 6 years technical experienced in Business Analyst in the Information Technology.
Experience / Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Rational Unified Process (RUP),
Unified Modelling Language (UML), Test Lifecycle, Prototyping, Agile and extreme programming methodologies.
Extensive experience in Business writing skills in writing Business Requirements Document (BRD), System Requirement Document (SRD),
Use Case Specifications, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications across the Deliverables of a project.
Risk analyser such as total risk (common market and industry) and selection risk associated with instruments in various markets.
Proficient /Experience in UML – Use case diagrams, Activity diagrams, and Class diagrams. Extensively used technologies such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, and MS Visio.
An Expert in working with technical (developers) and business teams to create, interpret and implement financial software systems for a wide range of instruments involving securities specifications, pricing, trading, settlement and risk management with Equity, Fixed Income, Swaps, and Derivatives.
Proficient/ Experience in requirement gathering and analysis, validation, business requirements specifications and functional specifications, lead JAD sessions, use cases, user interface design, relational database models and data flow models and testing (test cases and perform unit testing, integration and system testing and UAT
Involved in Functional flow testing, Integration and Manual testing, UAT. Review test cases with the QA team and identify the defects.
Involved in data mapping, data analysis and using SQL to query the database and get results.
Reviewing existing documents to assist in GAP analysis.
