Overview and Must Haves

Consult with creative and UX team on AEM web and mobile page designs and comfortable creating strategy and roadmap for AEM template and component design and development
Ability to translate designs into functional requirements and specs for AEM.
Familiarity with Chrome developer tools, including a basic understanding of HTML and CSS and how to analyze runtime performance.
Identifies as AEM expert and is responsible for tasks including but not limited to uploading assets, testing designs through preview and publish modes, authoring components, and advising creative or development teams about workarounds and fixes
Identifies as JIRA, Confluence, and Trello power user. This includes creating dashboards, writing adhoc JQL queries, customizing macros, creating custom workflows for JIRA projects, and writing quick filters for JIRA boards.
Able to distill complex processes involving many stakeholders into easy to understand flow charts and documents and is constantly thinking of ways for the team to improve
Able to set up efficient, agile working processes to rally a team to accomplish a set vision
Passionate about keeping documentation up to date and training/onboarding others in tools and processes
Team player who is happy to step outside of the job title and description and help where needed, even if it requires learning new tools, reading technical documentation, or conducting market research
Comfortable presenting ideas and working with stakeholders from business, technology, and creative
Able to prioritize tasks for self and team, remain calm under pressure, and juggle multiple workstreams with shifting dates/timelines. Extremely organized and up to date on emails and communicative.
