Senior Procurement Specialist
Redmond, WA
Contract

Job Description:
Work with business owners, project managers, supplier managers and sourcing/finance/legal teams to manage end to end procurement process as per defined guidelines.
Create POs and track end to end PO process
Perform quality assurance for purchase orders and contract routing process as per defined procedures.
Identify and resolve issues / blockages in purchase order (PO) creation and execution processes
Provide periodic status reports, issues/challenges to customer and project managers
Document and maintain standard operating procedures as well as workflows related to PO management process

Essential Skills:
6-8 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain and IT Procurement Operations
Experience with multiple ERP systems
2-3 years of project management experience Scope of Work

Technical Skills:
Thorough understand of IT procurement workflow
Hands-on experience with procurement management tools and ticketing systems
Experience working on Microsoft Office Suite, MS Visio and MS SharePoint
Experience in data analysis with large volume of data using MS Excel
Functional Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills, specifically dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent documentation skills with experience in creating work instructions for in-scope processes and tools.
Excellent administration skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability to conflicting priorities while managing stakeholder expectations.
Proactive approach to risk identification, mitigation and problem solving.
Experience of working in a global environment with a strong customer focus.
