Job Description :
Responsible for application and framework quality assurance through hands on and automation testing. This includes: Performance test frameworks, Develop Test scripts, Performance Testing, Benchmark Testing, Analysis and Performance Certification reporting Works with Architects, Product Manager and Operations team to document the Non-Functional Requirements that are needed to execute a successful test certification. Experience in testing cross-platform, distributed applications to assist the Development team to identify and resolve performance defects in the product is critical to job success.
Documents the framework/architecture used to manage scripting Ensures Test execution, scheduling, and roadmap are easily accessible and useful to all stakeholders. Provides technical leadership in creation and socialization of test plan/strategy, scripts Expert level technical expertise in creation and execution of functional and performance testing frameworks and scripts. Coordinate with Application Development, Business Unit, Database, Middleware, and Operations teams to identify bottlenecks, resolve any issues as a result of the testing process and provide consulting services to tune the systems.
Self-starter but also should be able to lead 1 or more testing engineers Monitor test progress and provides test reporting metrics for measuring performance test status as needed. Installation and configuration of complex test environments. Production of detailed Test Reports containing relevant test metrics and offering conclusions from the test phase. Adhere to schedules and have awareness to flag possible delays or issues. Experience with open source technologies.
