Position : Senior Peoplesoft HCM functional work 9.2 upgrade experience

Location : Washington, DC metro

Duration : 6-12 Months

Pay Rate : $85-90/hr on C2C

NOTE : Only USC (should have active security clearance)

General Description:

On-Call IT Consulting Services – PeopleSoft HCM Functional Resource for v9.1 to v9.2 Upgrade Task Order

Responsibilities:

Experience working with PeopleSoft.
Strong background working with PeopleSoft HCM.
Communication with Business users related to resolving queries, obtain clarifications and providing updates.
Setup Business bridge calls to update status of Critical incidents / Outages.
Follow up with internal and external stakeholders (Customer and Vendor liaison) to progress tickets to resolution.
Comply to defined process during task execution (including problem management)
