Position: Senior PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant
Location: Crystal City/Arlington, VA
Duration: Long Term
Consultant who has Active Secret (or) Top Secret Security clearance will be given highest preference
Required Skills:
o Prior experience of supporting large scale organizations with successful multiple ERP implementation(s
o 10+ years of strong experience as Peoplesoft HCM Technical with a minimum of 5+ years of experience with PeopleTools 8.49 or above.
o Must have hands on Peoplesoft Configuration, Development and Support expertise
o Minimum of 3 - 5 years of software development experience with PeopleSoft ERP HCM version 9.x or higher
o Strong system design, project development and production support of large applications/systems.
o Good working knowledge of PeopleSoft Advanced Tools such as Application Package, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, Business Interlinks, Workflow, Object Oriented PeopleCode etc.
o Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, UNIX environment, UNIX shell scripts, SQL and PL/SQL, and XML and encryption technologies.
o Possesses extensive knowledge of application modeling principles, concepts and techniques
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership.
o Must have strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strong problem solving skills
o Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and success working in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or other technically relevant degree
