Senior Pega Certified Lead System Architect with experience leading multiple teams consisting of developers, subject matter experts and stakeholders in an Agile environment, to convert the business requirements, business process flow, use cases into fully functional application.

Lead System Architect will be responsible for mentoring and empowering the application development teams, meets with end users and technical staff of all types to gather and document business and system requirements, and propose comprehensive solutions based on business and technical requirements. Working knowledge of DB2 and MS SQL Server RDMS required.

Ability to develop and engineer user Interface, service tier, data tier components, infrastructure and security for PRPC, and develop standards, repeatable processes, and reusable components required. Must be able to assist in project planning, including developing time lines, composition of technical teams and leveling of resources, mentor business and technical team members on processes and standards to promote consistency and improve productivity and the development and review of technical deliverables on projects.
