Senior PM- SCRUM Master

Location: San Jose , CA

Client : UST Global / ADOBE

Act as a Scrum Master for 1-3 Scrum teams
Help to achieve Sprint goals -Act as a Scrum Coach to bring teams understanding and maturity level to adhere to Agile Methodologies.
Ensure that our approach is standard across scrum teams.
Drive Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum Meetings, and facilitate sprint demos
Take full ownership of resolving issues/problems/risks faced by the team
Ensure cross-team coordination -Work on removing barriers experienced by Team
Communicate on day-to-day activities to required stakeholders
Provide regular status reports to Program Manager
Manage expectations set by Program Manager in executing Sprints that are assigned .
Act as a Project Manager when necessary. Take responsibility for managing dependencies among
different teams and stakeholders.

Work with Program Manager and PDO Manager to strengthen the team as an "Agile Center of Excellence" Qualifications:
At least 5 Years of experience in leading IT/Software projects as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
Should have 2-3 Years of strong experience as Scrum Master with CSM certification
Experience in executing projects using Agile Methodologies
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills -Scrum and Sprint expert- any big data experience a plus (Hadoop)
Domain Knowledge and experience in customer care/support related metrics, KPI, analytics and data projects
Operated in a mega program with 10 plus scrum managing interdependencies and relationship across scrums/program
experience with customer analytics and big data projects ( HADOOP, SSAS, Power BI, Tableau )
Prior experience in software development a HUGE plus
