Engagement engineers will be doing:
software work in our intern stack in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript using standard components and frameworks that make up the ?client''s application stack
The work will
include debugging and fixing existing software,
writing technical and operational documents,
doing operations work (investigating user reports, system alarms, etc,
making operations improvements (e.g. adding logging, alerts, alarms, etc,
creating technical designs for new enhancements from specifications provided by stakeholders (e.g. Mission Control programs managers), and
implementing/testing/releasing new software enhancements.
There is an “on-call” component to the work, but MOST of the time this falls within normal business hours
