Roles & Responsibilities
Help design and implement highly scalable, available, secure and elastic cloud ready Oracle DB solution on Oracle Exadata Cloud at Customer
Analyze on premise transactional Oracle DB environments, evaluate and plan migrations to Oracle Exadata Cloud at Customer
Perform analysis and end-to-end execution from roadmap to implementation of database consolidations, migrations, conversions and upgrades
Drive design, build and management of large, complex Oracle databases running on Oracle 11g/12c environments on Linux and Exadata with features for data compression, partitioning, RAC, RMAN, Data Guard
Lead analysis of business and application requirements to translate into new or modified database or data capabilities
Preferred Skills
Oracle Certified Expert (RAC/ Performance Tuning)
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
Ability to conduct research into database issues, standards, and products as required.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Good written and oral communication skills
Strong technical documentation skills
