Position: Senior Oracle Apps DBA/Cloud Architect
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 6-12mnths ++

We need a senior Oracle Apps DBA with Cloud experience
7 - 10 years'' experience in an Oracle Applications DBA Architect role, in a consulting, client facing environment, and hands-on project experience with Oracle Apps 12.2 technology stack, WebLogic, and online patching
Broad knowledge of Oracle applications database definition, design, and configuration
Experience Administering Cloud environments (such as Amazon Web Services and Oracle Cloud) and in hosted datacenter co-locations; and with executing tasks in client facing production environments, including monitoring, performance tuning, release/deployment, security, reliability, availability, capacity, and latency
Ability to architect Oracle Enterprise workloads for Oracle ERP on AWS and Oracle Cloud
At least 7 years’ experience with Oracle RDBMS
Experience with Oracle Application Server, RAC, Data Guard, and Advanced RMAN skills in a client environment
Oracle R12.2 Applications DBA skills with upgrades, platform migrations, performance tuning, and management of complex 24×7 environments.
Hands-on architecture, installation, and Cloud Architecture
Designing and implementing Cloud Disaster Recovery strategies
Experience deploying Oracle Applications in the DMZ
Current knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.1/R12.2 and 11gR2/12c for the management of complex 24x7 environments and installations, upgrades, load balanced application server, and disaster recovery experience
