Job Description :
Must Have Skills:
Minimum experience of 10 to 12 year
Leadership skills to manage a team of 10-15 folks
Ensure the Service Delivery Management is as per client requirement SPOC for Client Reporting and update/track Monthly Service Review
In depth understanding of Linux functionalities/ features as well as good hands on experience of Linux system engineering
Strong hands-on deployment and troubleshooting expertise on 2 or more of the following technologies and products
Docker containers
Certified Redhat Openshift administrator
Other skills:
Proven Diagnostic, Troubleshooting, and Service Restoration Skills
Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service Skills, and English Communication Skills with Difficult Customers in Outage Situations
