Senior Network Support Coordinator

The Senior Network Support Coordinator focuses on all Network day-to-day responsibilities for the WAN, CORP, and Distribution Center Network Engineering Team that includes the HelpDesk Ticketing System (SMART) and the change management system (CORS/COMT/JIRA These are key critical areas that are reviewed daily in which Network Engineers are assigned and requests for change are then moved to COMT (change details) and presented to the Change Mgt review board (CAB This Senior-Level Network Support position also is responsible for key Network Monitoring and Network Mgt tools such as Orion Solar Winds and Netbrain. These tools are critical to the Network Team and their ability to track and respond to network failures. This position is also the Lead interface for all vendor connections being requested into the Network – Vendor B2 VPN connections. The position tracks and reports on all external project requests in which Network resources are required (Resource Mgt), to include PCI Audit each year. Lastly, this position has direct Network responsibilities and requests supporting the Flagship Stores, as these locations are complex with a high level of ownership required to maintain.

Education
Minimum Associate degree in technology-related field, or 5+ years in Network Routing, Switching, and Mgt
