JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Information Technology – Computing Infrastructure and Services Group, is activity seeking a contractor to assist with migration network-based and computer-based Outlook PST files to Office 365 Exchange Online Archives, as well as network-based users shares to OneDrive. This is a multiple-phase project. This candidate will work closely with IT team as well as Account Managers to interface with XXXX to create a clear and concise migration plan. A successful candidate will have the knowledge and qualifications below.
Key Responsibilities:
Automate PST migration workflow to move PST files from on-premises to Office365
Implement Powershell scripts with BitTitan Migration Wizard API
Ability to clearly document features, technical specifications, and infrastructure requirements for self-produced technical work and job processes.
Ability to communicate effectively, must be able to write clearly and be detailed with documentation.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical computer problems and perform research and make recommendations to management on technical computer issues.
Transfer knowledge via documentation and training to IT resources
Years of Relevant Experience: More than 10-12 years
Preferred Education: 4 year college degree in computer science or a related field with advanced study preferred; certifications specific to the field of project management.

Consults with executive-level stakeholders to define business need or problem; conducts research, performs studies and surveys to obtain data; and analyzes problems to advise on or recommend solutions, utilizing knowledge of theory, principles, or technology of specific discipline or field of specialization.
Requires knowledge in computer programming and other related technical fields as well as extensive experience in a particular business or industry subject matter.
Conducts study or survey on need or problem to obtain data required for solution.
Analyzes data to determine solution, such as installation of alternate methods and procedures, changes in processing methods and practices, modification of machines or equipment, or redesign of products or services.
Advises client or department heads on alternate methods of solving need or problem, or recommends specific solution.
Requires experience providing consulting services to governmental entities.
May be designated according to field of business and technical specialization. Resources. Other Duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Advanced scripting experience in Powershell
Knowledge of data migrations
Proven competency with .Net, PowerShell and API integrations
Knowledge of Azure blob storage
Experience with PST data migrations using BitTitan Migration Wizard
Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive administration
Experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, to include Server 2012 and 2016 operating systems.
Experience with Microsoft VMware and environments were both VMware and Hyper-V exist.
Current experience with Active Directory, DNS, and with Windows 2016 Server Administration.
Experience with O365/Exchange administration in a corporate environment.
