Job Description
?Senior Middleware Admin: Install, configure and support WebMethods, Gateway, Integration, Universal Message and Terracota Servers in a large enterprise environment.
Includes:
Planning, configuration, and testing of new installations
Management of SSL Certificates
Configuration of WebMethods product suite.
Support Broker, UM including distributed queues, clustered UM implementations
Knowledge of external load balancers and CrushFTP would be plus
Monitoring the health of WebMethods servers using optimize and third party tools
Day to day administrative support of the environment
Strong knowledge on IDOCs and SAP transaction and transaction codes
Provide problem analysis and troubleshooting for WebMethods issues and related system components. Includes Log Analysis and Error resolution
Thread dump analysis & Provide performance tuning and capacity planning
Provide and maintain technical documentation, policies and procedures related to Middleware infrastructure and updates as necessary.
Experience on Migration and Deployment of Universal Messaging (formerly Broker)
Requirement:
Minimum of 5+ years Middleware Administration related experience.
At least 4 years of hands on experience with SoftwareAG WebMethods Suite
Working knowledge of AIX and RedHat Linux Operating Systems
Strong understanding of WebMethods Clusters, Integration and Trading Networks Servers, MywebMethods, UM and Broker queues and topics
Working knowledge and experience in Shell scripting
Working experience on web services
Experience in writing/tuning/executing test scripts
Familiar with Web Authentication and Authorization systems, including LDAP, Active Directory and single-sign on
Ability to work within a fast paced team environment
Excellent organization skills with ability to balance multiple priorities successfully
Aptitude for troubleshooting systems or applications
Ability to assemble and clearly present technical information to non-technical people
Strong knowledge and working experience on Various IDOCs received from SAP to difference end systems
Strong knowledge on file transfer and file transfer protocols
Experience on WebMethods API portal suite is huge plus
Good communication Skills
Self-Starter as well as works well in a Team Environment
