This position will be responsible for making software design decisions, mentoring team members, as well as the development, testing, and delivery of approved project tasks. The resource must have excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills. The resource will be working with a collaborative State of Michigan team under the direction of a project manager/scrum master as a staff augmentation resource. Responsibilities will include making software design decisions, mentoring team members, as well as the development, testing, and delivery of approved project tasks. Position will attend daily stand-up calls in, report on tasks upcoming/in progress/completed. The position will serve as the senior technical development resource assigned to enhance the MiPage mobile (native) application. The team is located in Lansing, Michigan and the resource will be co-located as the team uses Agile Methodology.
