Senior Tech Lead, Global Sourcing and Manufacturing (PES)
Description
As a Senior Tech Lead for Global Sourcing and Manufacturing on the GSM Technology team, you''ll be part of an executional team focused on assessing, delivering and implementing the vision, strategy and roadmap of multiple Manufacturing technology products in the Product Engine solutions eco-system. You will work with technical and solution architects, and other engineering leads, and help create modern, full stack applications, using domain driven architecture and concepts, to ensure GSM technical solutions enable key strategic priorities for Global, sustainable Sourcing and Manufacturing as well as the larger Nike Inc. organization.
The Senior Tech Lead will work closely with Business and Technology GSM leadership, architects, project teams, SMEs, peer Tech Leads, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to execute against the product roadmap, backlog and implementation schedule.

Full stack application design (required)
RESTful API integration (required)
Expert knowledge of several open source, modern, programming languages including interpreted languages like JavaScript and Ruby (required)
Web application development using JavaScript based frameworks and libraries like React, Angular, Node and Redux (required)
UI/UX Design of Web Apps (required)
Continuous Integration with automated testing using testing frameworks like Cucumber, Selenium, Cabybara, Protractor, or Karma (preferred)
Continuous Delivery to AWS and a strong working knowledge of cloud application development & design using AWS and working with public and privatized routing (preferred)
Serverless Computing Technologies including Serverless or Terraform (preferred)
Working experience with modern tech stacks like MEAN (preferred)
Experience and successes leading and working in between multiple engineering teams, in-house and outsourced, onshore and offshore (required)
Experienced managing best-at full-stack application development governance processes including adherence to coding standards, CI/CD, code review processes, etc. (required
Proven track record of being self-directed, results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals despite ambiguity and multiple priorities.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, conflict-resolution, influencing and communications skills in front of both business and technology leadership.
Experience and successes in working in a highly matrixed and collaborative team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor''s Degree with 6+ years of hands on professional experience in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems.
Excellent collaboration, listening, written and verbal communications skills
Ability to deal with ambiguous requirements and asking the right questions to refine, quickly changing directions when needed.
Strong understanding of Agile development frameworks, specifically SAFe, Scrum and Kanban
