Job title: Senior Java Developer
Locations: Raleigh, NC
Duration: Long term / Full Time
Overall Responsibilities:
Senior software developer in Java Enterprise / Oracle environment
Lead in creating software components (need to be very hands-on)
Enforce coding and framework standards
Design and developer components in BD environment
Design and developer workflows
Performance tuning.
Work with QA team on test plan reviews and assist in QA testing process.
Functional Responsibilities:
Specific tasks include but are not limited to:
Work on one of following initiatives within Predictive Client Analytics group: predictive client recommendations, CCAR, other projects TBD
Liaze with QA team on explaining requirements and assisting with QA testing process
Support UAT process
Required Skills:
Software Skills:
Excellent knowledge of java language. Familiarity with “Camel” framework would be ++++
Excellent knowledge of SQL language.
Excellent knowledge of WS with java implementation. Knowledge of HTTP protocols, including SOAP and REST is required.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of Python
Knowledge of Oracle PL SQL. Level 5 out of 10. Should be able to write procedures
